Four years ago, in the stables of Palazzo Di Quattro, in the historic center of Ibla, Ciccio Sultano, with Peppe Cannistrà put into practice his idea of a gastronomic “piazza”, opening a bakery with a kitchen. Great baked goods, great ingredients for a considered cuisine. A kitchen neither high nor low, transversal, contemporary where the true flavors of the past are the flavors of every day. All in a monumental environment of 500 square meters with a very pleasant terrace under the oleanders.
