Osa! As the name suggests, it is a wine that shows all of its character, as it was created to represent the extreme viticulture from which it is born: on the sand of prehistoric beaches. The color is bright pink, transparent and bright.
The bouquet is reminiscent of wild berries, raspberry, cherry and pomegranate with hints of wild rose and jasmine. Fleshy, fragrant with a gentle tannin. It is a wine of great freshness with a light pètillant that gives a feeling of euphoria.
Peppe Cannistrà recommends combining it with spaghettoni, sautéed with a Ragusano cheese fondue, tartare of red tuna, lemon pulp and marinated anchovies.
