We have prepared a kit for making Turiddu pasta anywhere and with anyone. The recipe, for four people, is a historic one by Luigi Carnacina, but everyone can make it according to their taste, varying the quantity and type of seasoning.
In the kit there is a pack of Spaghetti Cappelli by Carla Latini, two bottles of Turiddu sauce, seasoned with black olives, capers, anchovies, garlic, onion, wild fennel; a jar of muddica atturrata with grated durum wheat bread, extra virgin olive oil, red Nubia garlic, chilli pepper and oregano; a jar of dried chilli and a 100 ml bottle of Sallemi’s Tonda Iblea mono cultivar extra virgin olive oil.
