Here there are two menus, sitting at the table of the restaurant I Banchi or at your own house, that Peppe Cannistrà and Ciccio Sultano propose to celebrate New Year 2020.
The first menu of eight courses starts with the carbonara oyster and continues moving through the spaghettone with butter, thyme, lobster and truffle, through the aubergine terrine and the Nero dei Nebrodi piglet. For dessert, there is a new interpretation of the Montblanc, renamed Idda (the Etna) chestnuts and meringue.
Next to these, for those who wish, there are two take-away menus to choose from: the meat and the fish options. Price per person is 50 euros, with a complimentary bottle of red wine when ordering four menus.
