The bread made at I Banchi, everyday bread, comes with a thirty days guarantee. It needs only to be kept in the fridge, wrapped in transparent film. In order to enjoy it fragrant and tasty like freshly baked, it is enough to warm it up for twelve minutes if whole or for four minutes if sliced.
I Banchi, bakery with kitchen, designed by Ciccio Sultano and directed by Peppe Cannistrà, has been awarded three breads, the maximum score, by the first Guida Panettieri & Pani – Bakers and Breads guide – of Gambero Rosso that collects 350 addresses.
A result achieved by thirty-six bakeries in Italy and by only two in Sicily. The other one is Guccione in Palermo.
