I Banchi hours: summer in salads

 

The hottest hour with the simplest, richest and most refreshing dish. At lunch, I Banchi offers a list of prestigious salads.
The Siciliana with cherry tomatoes, capers, black olives and onion; the Variegata, simply vegetarian; the Head, with Testa Conserve’s bluefin tuna, eggs, croutons, dry cherry tomatoes; the Carnivora with Aia Gaia chicken; the Capitelli, signed ham, lettuce, burrata and yogurt sauce and the classic Capri, tomato, basil and buffalo mozzarella.
Sitting in the dehors under the oleanders or inside with air conditioning, the hottest hour passes by pleasantly.
