Seafood platter

Sitting in the dehors of I Banchi, with a cocktail or a glass of wine, temptation can assume the shape of a seafood platter like this one, with with red prawns from Mazara, scampi, Daniel Sorlut oysters and albacore tuna tartare, the only tasting seasoned with lemon and Sallemi Hyblean tonda oil.
