Aperitif at I Banchi, a tapas parade

 

Great choice of tapas for the aperitif at I Banchi. By adding 4 euros per person to the drink, you “celebrate” with arancine with Sicilian black pig ragù, crispy waffles of oregano bread, mitilugghie, Ragusano dop, Sicilian delights (such as caponata, artichokes in oil and olives, signed by Sultano), focaccia of Ragusa, tomasini with ricotta and parsley. By adding 10 euros, 2 tablespoons – chosen from oyster, red shrimp and ricotta with lemon – are served: prawn and its corals, albacore tuna tartare.
