A kilogram of lightness, without preservatives, made with sourdough starter and leavened for seventy-two hours. Balanced aromas and taste for a great family feast.

For an optimal consumption, in order to enhance its fragrance, one hour before the tasting, place the panettone near a heat source, the radiator or in a warm oven».
