Pasta soup alla marinara

What do we have here? A soup made with Italian long squash, topped with a sour cream sauce and served in its pot. The setting and taste complement the raw fish – clams, mussels, red shrimp and scampi.
We recommend pairing it with Chardonnay Sicilia 2021 of Principi di Buitera.
