Blue and clear water

 

Anyone could make an impact, even if in a small way. At I Banchi, we are sustainable with water in two ways: by avoiding purchasing plastic bottles, which means less CO2 and less pollution, and by purifying the water in the kitchen and bakery. Thanks to the collaboration with Aquanuova, we are making progress every day.
