The jar desserts are on the menu at I Banchi. These tasty multi-layered creations by Fabrizio Fiorani are made to be enjoyed at the table, to start and finish at home, or eat on the road.
There is almond crumble, cream cheese and berry jelly; the crumble features dark and white namelaka chocolate, fennel, topped with salted caramel; the yoghurt cream comprises vanilla crumble and a watermelon gratin.
