The leaves fall: it’s a new season for the lamb.

 

In Autumn, everything becomes yellow and sweet. Peppe Cannistrà’s lamb lacquered with carob and slow-cooked is in line with the new season. The chef adds yellow pumpkin cream and sour cherries in syrup to complete the dish: ancient traces of a bittersweet cuisine. At I Banchi, we serve only the best.
