Fish carpaccio with Ginepraio Gin
Our fish carpaccio is a dish that refreshes both the mind and the palate. We prepare it with amberjack fillets marinated with Ginepraio Gin – Tuscan and organic. Then, we add some candied ginger, cannoli crunch and Sallemi extra virgin olive oil emulsion.
